StudioOS by elliotts.ai

Studio software built around your studio.

Your website, booking, payments, teacher pay and front desk, built as one piece of custom software that works the way your studio already does. Not a subscription you bend your business around. Software that is yours.

Running today at a Pilates studio in Philadelphia.

5connected apps: website, owner, teacher, front desk, member
1system instead of a booking tool, a payroll sheet and a website builder
13instructors onboarded at our first studio
3bookable rooms across two addresses
200+owner requests answered during the build
Why custom

Most studio software is rented. This is built.

Off-the-shelf booking platforms are made for every studio at once, which means they are made for none of them. You end up working around the software. StudioOS starts from your schedule, your pricing and your policies, and the software follows.

Rented platforms

Your studio, shaped to fit their product.

  • Fees that grow with every client, location and add-on
  • Their brand on your booking page, their app on your clients' phones
  • Feature requests that go into a queue with thousands of others
  • Teacher pay, reports and policies approximated, then fixed in spreadsheets

StudioOS

The product, shaped to fit your studio.

  • Built around your class types, rooms, packs and cancellation rules
  • Your name on every page, every email and every receipt
  • Ask for a change by leaving a note on the screen. It gets built.
  • Your website and your software are one system, so booking just works
The software

One system, four doors into it.

The owner, the instructors, the front desk and your clients each get the view they need, all reading the same schedule and the same ledger. Nothing to sync, nothing to reconcile.

  • Privates look like privatesThey sit narrower than group classes, so the shape of the week reads at a glance.
  • Click a day, see the dayThe week opens into a single-day schedule with every roster one tap away.

Sample studio, sample data

The website

A website that is also the front desk.

Your site is designed for your studio, in your look, and the schedule on it is live. Clients browse, buy and book without being bounced to somebody else's widget.

01

Designed, not templated

Typography, photography and voice built for your studio. No two StudioOS sites look alike.

02

Live schedule, real checkout

Filter by class type, teacher or room. Buy a pack and book in one step, with the card saved for next time.

03

Found in search and AI answers

Pages built for the searches people actually make, and structured so answer engines can recommend you.

Everything in it

The whole studio, handled.

Everything below is running today. Your version starts here and gets shaped to your studio, so the parts you do not need never show up on anyone's screen.

Classes, series and rooms

Recurring classes with templates, multiple rooms and addresses, workshops with RSVPs, and changes that apply to one week or the whole series.

Privates and duets

Instructor availability, bookable private and duet sessions, and packs made for two people sharing sessions.

Packs, memberships, gift cards

Stripe payments, saved cards, class packs with expiry, memberships scoped to class types, promo codes and gift cards.

Waitlists and booking windows

Waitlists with rules, automatic promotion that charges a saved card, late cancellation windows and no-show fees.

Teacher portal and subs

Instructors see their schedule, rosters and client notes, request subs within your notice rules, and see what they earned.

Payroll by the class

Pay rates per instructor and per session type, classes taught by month, and a payroll figure you do not have to rebuild in a spreadsheet.

Front desk check-in

A tablet view for the class starting now: check in, sell a walk-in, take payment on an unpaid seat, promote the waitlist.

Emails in your name

Confirmations, reminders, cancellations, receipts and password resets, sent from your studio's name, not a platform's.

Bring your history

Clients, packs and schedules imported from the software you use today, so launch day is not a fresh start for anyone.

Built with a studio

Every feature started as a note from an owner.

StudioOS was built alongside a neighborhood Pilates studio in Philadelphia with classes, privates and duets, three rooms across two addresses and a team of thirteen instructors.

The owner left notes right on the screens. We built what was asked for.

Over two hundred of them during the build, from a word on a button to how teachers get paid. That is the working relationship you get: you point at the thing, and it changes.

  • Can private sessions show on the main schedule too?Privates now sit on the same calendar, drawn smaller than classes.

How it goes

From first call to first class booked.

A fixed setup fee and a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before any work starts.

  1. 01

    A conversation

How your studio runs today: the schedule, the money, the teachers, the parts that are still done by hand. No demo script.

  2. 02

    A plan and a price

A written proposal with the scope, what it replaces, the timeline and a fixed setup fee, before anything is built.

  3. 03

    We build it with you

You get a review link early and leave notes directly on the screen. Every note is answered, and most ship within days.

  4. 04

    Launch and care

Your data moves over, staff get logins and a short guide, and we keep improving it on a monthly retainer.

Request information

Tell us about your studio.

A few details and we will come back with how StudioOS would fit, what it would replace and what it costs.

Good fit if you run a studio with classes, privates or both, and you are tired of paying for software you work around.

  • A reply from a person within one business day
  • A walkthrough of the real software, not slides
  • A written proposal with a fixed price
