Program Description

Elliott's AI, operated by Fishtown Dev Co LLC (“we”, “us”), provides AI-powered SMS messaging systems on behalf of our business clients. When you text a phone number operated by our platform, you are communicating with an automated AI assistant that provides customer service, appointment scheduling, service updates, and lead capture for the business you are contacting.

Consent & Opt-In

By texting a phone number operated by our platform, you consent to receive automated text message replies. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You initiate the conversation by sending a message to the business phone number, which constitutes express consent to receive a reply.

Our clients display their phone numbers on their websites, business cards, and marketing materials with clear disclosure that automated replies may be used.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Our systems only send messages in direct response to your inbound texts or to provide updates related to a service request you initiated. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages via SMS.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting the number again.

Automated Messages

All text message replies from numbers operated by our platform are generated by AI-powered automated assistants. These assistants can answer questions about the business's services, capture service request details, and route urgent requests to the business owner. Users are informed in the first response that they are communicating with an automated assistant.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS systems are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and any information you share via text will only be used to respond to your inquiry and relay your request to the business you contacted.
