Your site, fixed in the code.
We audit your website against WCAG 2.2 AA, fix the barriers in the code, and hand you a verification report.
Why this is worth doing now.
Plaintiffs filed 3,117 website accessibility lawsuits in federal court in 2025, up 27% from 2024.
Counting New York and California state courts too, UsableNet projects more than 6,000 digital accessibility lawsuits in 2026, the most it has recorded.
In 2025, 45% of federal digital accessibility lawsuits named a company that had already been sued. Settling without fixing the site does not end the risk.

New York, Florida and Illinois led federal website accessibility filings in 2025.
Audit. Remediate. Verify.
A standard engagement runs 5 to 7 weeks. Every phase ends with something you can hand to your team or your lawyer.
Audit (weeks 1 to 2)
We scan every page template automatically, then test by hand the way disabled visitors actually use a site.
- Keyboard-only pass through every template and form
- Screen reader pass
- Colour contrast, headings, forms and media checked by hand
- A prioritised findings report, each issue mapped to its WCAG 2.2 AA criterion
Remediation (weeks 3 to 6)
We fix the barriers in your site's code, and hand the changes over as clean pull requests or patches your developer can read.
- Semantic HTML, form labels and skip links
- Visible focus indicators and contrast fixes
- ARIA only where plain HTML cannot express the meaning
- A short content guide, so your team keeps new pages compliant
Verification (week 7)
We re-scan and re-test by hand, then document where the site stands.
- A before and after verification report
- A conformance report
- An accessibility statement page for your site

We do not install accessibility overlay widgets.
An overlay is a script that sits on top of your site and promises to make it accessible. It does not change the code underneath, so the missing labels, broken keyboard order and unreadable structure are still there for the people and tools that rely on them. We fix the code itself, so the fix stays fixed.
Please read: what we are, and what we are not
We are a web studio, not a law firm. This is technical remediation, not legal advice. WCAG 2.2 AA conformance materially reduces risk, but nobody can guarantee against lawsuits or demand letters.
Talk to your own lawyer about your legal obligations and about any demand letter. The full terms are in the Accessibility Services Terms.
Questions worth asking before you hire anyone for this.
What is WCAG 2.2 AA?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the published standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities. Level AA is the middle of its three conformance levels, and AA (WCAG 2.1) is the level most often cited in website accessibility lawsuits. We test to 2.2 AA, which includes everything in 2.1 AA. It covers things like contrast, keyboard access, form labels, headings and captions.
Do accessibility overlay widgets work?
Not for the barriers that matter most. A script layered on top of a page cannot reliably fix missing labels, broken keyboard order or unreadable structure in the code underneath. We fix the code itself, and we do not install overlays.
How long does it take?
A standard engagement runs 5 to 7 weeks: two weeks of audit, up to four of remediation, and a week of verification. An audit on its own takes about two weeks.
What do you need from us?
Access to the site's code or CMS, a contact who can answer questions about content, and a list of any forms, logins or checkout flows that matter to your business. We handle the testing and the fixes.
We already received a demand letter. Can you help?
Yes. We can fast-track the audit and start on the most serious barriers first, so you have documented progress. Talk to your lawyer about the legal side; we are a web studio, and we do not give legal advice.
Do you fix WordPress, Shopify or custom sites?
We work in your site's own code or CMS, wherever the fix has to live. On the first call we look at how your site is built and tell you plainly what we can change directly and what depends on a theme, plugin or vendor.
What happens after launch?
New pages, plugins and content can bring new barriers back. The content guide helps your team avoid that, and the monitoring plan catches regressions with monthly scans and quarterly manual spot-checks, and fixes them.
