- Automatic information: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used only for site security and analytics.

- To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.

We do not sell or rent your information. Form data and emails are stored in encrypted-at-rest providers and accessed only by the Practice.

Email & SMS

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
