By providing your mobile number to Therapy Practice (“Practice”), you consent to receive SMS messages related to scheduling, appointment reminders, and confirmations. Standard message and data rates may apply.
What you may receive
- Appointment reminders and confirmations.
- Practice updates (e.g., schedule changes, office closures).
- Replies to messages you initiate.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without your separate, explicit opt-in.
Confidentiality & SMS
SMS is not encrypted end-to-end. Please do not send clinical content, diagnoses, or sensitive personal information by text. For anything beyond scheduling, use a phone call or secure email.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email hello@yourpractice.com to be removed.
Carriers & frequency
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
